Job Description:
The Consumer Insights intern will assist in communicating and understanding the voice of the consumer to the organization.

What you'll do:
* Communicating and understanding the voice of the consumer to the organization.
* Utilize several data sources to create and support selling strategies relevant to our product and customer mix.
* This position will be working with sales partners, product managers, and leadership to assist in building sales stories that start with the voice of the consumer and lead to actionable solutions to the organization.
* This internship will gain experience and knowledge of the retail and food service industries. Consumer Insights helps explain the "why" behind the "what".
* Database maintenance - identifying and communicating with outside vendor data issues in attribute coding.
* Develop strong knowledge and navigation of Unify platform for syndicated analysis and reporting.
* Basic data trend analysis for sales and product strategies teams.
* Create appealing PPT slides for trend stories.
* Scan social media for new retail product trends.
* Use Oracle integrator tools to mass upload consumer complaints through SOS.
* Work with Walmart's Prospec system to enter daily findings/feedback from the consumer for Schreiber Product.
* Ability to navigate through Diver system and search for STK numbers and UPC numbers.
* Monitor emails and rank by urgency when consumer relations lead is not on the desk.
What you need to succeed:
* Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably Marketing or a related degree.
* With position start date of Spring semester 2021, must have at least 4 semesters remaining in school upon start date (May 2023 grads or later).
* Ability to work 20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
* Ability to work year-round at Schreiber's home office in Green Bay, WI.
* Ability to multitask, and prioritize work, which comes in from various partners.
* Ability to analyze information and display strong attention to detail.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

For positions that require any amount of travel: Valid driver's license, auto insurance (at least state minimum- more might be required), acceptable driving record per Schreiber Foods discretion, and vehicle that will ensure applicant can meet the travel necessities of the position are required.
