Responsibilities:

  • Install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain solar panel systems, ensuring compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations.
  • Conduct electrical wiring, conduit bending, panel upgrades, and other electrical tasks necessary for the successful completion of solar projects.
  • Collaborate with the installation team to ensure the timely completion of projects while adhering to high-quality standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues, system failures, and component malfunctions in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Conduct regular maintenance and system inspections to optimize performance and identify potential problems before they occur.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members, including apprentices, to promote their professional development.


Requirements:

  • Journeyman Electrician license/certification in Colorado.
  • Proven experience in electrical installations, including solar panel systems.
  • Thorough knowledge of electrical codes, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all safety guidelines.


BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

  • Competitive Salary: $36.00 - $50.00/hour depending on experience and license level
