The Small Business/Self Employed division is hiring Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities (Schedule A) to fill customer service positions in Seattle, WA.
About the position:
Collection Contact Representatives provide over-the-phone technical assistance to individuals and businesses to assist with a variety of tax matters.
During this event, Managers and HR Specialists will be available to answer questions, and review/accept resumes. If you are deemed qualified, a tentative job offer will be issued on-the-spot and you may be able to complete several pre-employment process steps, like fingerprinting.
This event is only open to Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities (Sch A) who are eligible for Excepted Service Appointments (i.e. VRA, 30% or More Disabled, Schedule A). Proof of eligibility documentation is required.
