Academy of Hope Adult Public Charter School (AoH) Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The contract Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) adjunct instructor will educate students according to the curriculum provided, which is designed to assist students to gain knowledge and clinical skills that will prepare them to pass the District of Columbia nursing assistant certification exam. The CNA Adjunct Instructor directs the classroom, skills lab, and clinical setting training experience for students.
All instructors are responsible for creating a supportive, empowering learning environment for adult learners and delivering quality content area instruction.
SCHEDULE:
Classes are held Monday -Thursday 10:30-3:00 pm or 5-9 pm (opportunity to occasionally cover day class)

Academy of Hope (AoH) Adult Public Charter School was founded in 1985 to serve low-income and at-risk adults in the District of Columbia by providing them the opportunity to improve their basic educational skills, earn high school credentials, and/or prepare for postsecondary education or training.
