Mission

As a Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Solution Architect at Dassault Systemes, you will lead the charge in large-scale digital transformations, empowering our clients with the groundbreaking Model Based In-Service Virtual Twin Experience. Responsibilities

  • Innovative Solution Design: Design and implement cutting-edge, replicable customer business processes leveraging Dassault Systemes' superior MRO portfolio. Collaborate closely with account teams, clients, and technical experts to translate business objectives, performance goals, and technical requirements into robust and effective solutions.
  • Client Engagement and Education: Provide top-tier client education by identifying pain points and opportunities for enhancement. Define and propose Industry Solution Experiences (ISEs) and Industry Process Experiences (IPEs). Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations, articulate the distinct value of our solutions, and support Proof of Value/Production pilots, enabling clients to achieve their strategic goals and realize tangible value.
  • Change Leadership: Serve as a dynamic change agent, thoroughly assessing customer business processes and proposing innovative approaches using 3DS MRO solutions.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate technology directions, strategic decisions, nuanced tradeoffs, and benefits across diverse audiences, from executive leaders to technical experts, ensuring clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Process Optimization: Conduct detailed fit-gap analysis workshops, meticulously document "To-be" processes, and demonstrate product capabilities with professionalism and precision to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Expertise and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain and demonstrate a best-in-class level of expertise, continuously leveraging field activities to foster innovation and stay ahead of industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • 10+ years as a Maintenance, Repair, or Overhaul (MRO) Engineer in enterprise sustainment activities OR 10+ years of experience in selling, supporting, and deploying MRO software, with comprehensive industry knowledge.
    • Proficient in model-based principles with proven ability to lead sales engagements that require practical application of this methodology.
    • Deep expertise in aftermarket business processes for complex equipment such as gas turbines, aircraft, engines, elevators/escalators, etc. with a track record of success in these areas.
    • Demonstrated experience in MRO, field service engineering, planning, and execution.
    • Familiarity with MRO governing standards such as S Series and technical publications, ensuring compliance and excellence.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills to drive collaboration and innovation both internally and externally.
    • Exceptional ability to tailor communication to both leadership and technical audiences, ensuring clarity and impact.
    • Extensive experience in providing technical leadership on large, complex MRO-related projects and systems, consistently delivering superior results.

Required Education & Professional Experience

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Domain Expertise:
    • 10+ years of domain expertise in maintenance/manufacturing.
    • Robust technical background in software/applications.

Compensation & Benefits
Dassault Systemes offers an excellent salary with potential for bonus, commensurate with experience.
