Renewal by Andersen (RbA) has an exciting opportunity for a Concierge Retail Service Representative to join our team in Fort Myers, Florida. Bilingual in Spanish strongly preferred.

The Concierge Retail Service Representative (RSR) role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Representatives to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner. We are looking for an accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidate to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners

* Create and maintain homeowners' job files

* Schedule homeowners' technical measure, installation date, and reminder calls

* Work with Sales Representatives to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress

* Send out the post installation survey and resolve any post installation situations

QUALIFICATIONS:

* 1+ years customer service experience

* Solid and accurate data entry skills

* Strong communication and time management skills

* Competency in Microsoft Office software

* High attention to detail and organization abilities

* Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
