ABOUT THE ROLE
The Sr. Associate, Workplace Experience, Corporate Branding & Workspace Planning will be contributing to the programs supporting exceptional experiences to all SCJ employees and visitors and ensuring key program metrics are met. In this role, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end employee experience goals, programs, and practices across the organization. You will be a proactive, creative thought-partner to the Workplace team, encouraged to express new ideas on improving the overall experience in the workplace. This role reports directly to the Director, Workplace Experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position with be the first line of contact for the branding of SC Johnson's Offices globally with responsibilities including:
Review all office branding requests
Set up meetings with various office(s) to understand requirements and create a brief of what is needed
Ensure internal alignment with management team to proceed
Coordinate with 3rd party branding design firms to deliver design package
Coordinate with projects team for execution
Provide input into branding and workplace experience guidelines/playbook and support the development of the final product and ongoing updates as needed
Act as a funnel for all furniture requests, reallocation, and purchases for Racine locations
The Workplace Experience team is focused on making SC Johnson's office a great place for all people to work, connect and be a part of SC Johnson through:
Workplace Engagement:
Provide change management support and communication for workplace-related projects, including new policies and guidelines related to ways-of-working
Working across various work streams to assign, monitor and complete employee requests in a timely and efficient manner
Workplace Wellbeing
Evaluate and implement strategies for improving wellbeing through workplace experience
Support employees with workplace and facilities-related questions and requests. Promote a high level of satisfaction by promptly responding to service needs and ensure the same level of service from team members and facility/workplace vendors
The Workspace planning is critical to the success and productivity of SC Johnson employees. This role will support the following scope:
Workplace Solutions:
Leads the start to finish process on all Move, Adds, and Changes ("MAC")
Coordinates with business leaders on move requirements
Partner with 3rd party occupancy planner to successfully deliver on MAC
Support administrative tasks related to workplace experience & facilities functions
Manage select onsite vendor relationships to support SCJ Facilities Services/programs
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
Bachelor's degree in interior design, Occupancy Planning, Workplace Strategy, or related field and 3+ years of experience in corporate design, or similar position

Interior design experience with a vision for workplace design
Customer service driven, with the ability to demonstrate innovation and drive
Self-motivated and proactive, with confidence in knowing when to decide, and when to seek further clarification
A practical thinker who demonstrates good judgment to shape and grow their role.
Works well independently
Details driven with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Accustomed to multitasking in a fast-paced creative environment, with strong attention to detail and excellent organization skills
Flexible attitude and willingness to work outside of the usual office hours when needed
