The Treasury Management Operations department has an opportunity to join an energetic team of treasury professionals. This position is responsible for assisting Peapack-Gladstone Bank business clients with training and ongoing inquiries regarding their usage with Peapack-Gladstone Bank's treasury management systems and products.

The Treasury Management Operations Specialist will become a subject matter expert with all treasury systems and products and will provide technical support to hundreds of business clients. System products include but are not limited to our online and mobile applications, wire and ACH payments, positive pay, remote deposit capture, bill pay, and balance and transaction reporting.

This fast-paced team also serves as a liaison with internal Peapack-Gladstone Bank Bankers, Treasury Sales, Fraud Prevention, and many other internal teams. Responsiveness, professionalism, and clear communication are required qualifications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality support for all treasury management products and services: ACH originations, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, positive pay, bill pay and numerous treasury systems and functions.
  • Collaborate with internal Bankers and Treasury Sales Officers to provide treasury solutions for business clients.
  • Process requests for adding new business clients to the treasury systems as well as perform maintenance and modifications for existing clients utilizing the various treasury products and services.
  • Provide business clients with clear and concise verbal & video training utilizing Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or conference calls.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot system issues with fellow treasury management operations team members.
  • Perform daily system reviews to confirm all client updates and modifications were done accurately.
  • Process critical daily transmissions and banking transaction files.
  • Communicate with clients and internal personnel with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

o Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required

o Certified Treasury Professional is a plus

o Knowledge of Jack Henry systems such as Silverlake is a plus

o Solid analytical and problem-solving skills

o Must be reliable, organized, and detail focused

o Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

o Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams to manage internal and external client relationships

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities

o Must be able to work in a team environment

o Excellent interpersonal skills required. Teamwork is a must

o Ability to review current processes and suggest necessary enhancements

o Ability to take the initiative with the daily tasks as well as special projects

o Excellent computer skills required with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
