The primary purpose of the Senior Director of Finance is to coordinate and direct all activities relative to financial administration to include general accounting, patient accounting, external and internal reports, contracts, insurance and reimbursement matters in accordance with current applicable Federal, State, and local standards, guidelines and regulations and established policies and procedures as may be directed by the Administrator, to assure that the highest degree of quality care and safety can be maintained. In all instances below, the incumbent will work closely and with guidance from MGB system executives to ensure collaboration and alignment with system strategy and goals.
Ideally we would like this position on-site however we would consider hybrid EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: * A degree in Accounting or Business Administration with a major in Accounting. * Appropriate graduate degree or Certified Public Accounting desirable. EXPERIENCE:
