This Opportunity

The Application Security team is seeking a summer intern to join us to work on technology-enabled solutions for our digital transformation initiatives. In this role you will gain invaluable industry and organizational knowledge through daily interactions and assignments, in addition to engaging in projects that directly affect our business.

As a healthcare company we have an important responsibility to protect individual and public health. This position will require individuals to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as part of their job responsibilities, unless an exemption can be confirmed based on a medical condition or sincerely held religious belief. What You'll Do

* Participate in planning, designing and delivering technical and functional solutions that align with Syneos Health's vision and security policies

* Collaboratively work with subject matter experts representing different lines of business providing research, analysis and recommendations of technical approaches for solving Secure Software Development Lifecycle initiatives

* Learn current application security practices across different lines of business

Your Skills & Expertise

• Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related
• Past internship experience or project work preferred
• Knowledge or understanding of the CRO or Pharmaceutical Industry is a plus
