What you will do:

Perform service and repairs on Gas Systems in addition to other related building system products at customer sites. Service, troubleshoot and install many different manufacturers including Pyro-Chem and ANSUL. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems programs, schematics, and operational product manuals. Manage daily service call, customer activity and program system products.

How you will do it:

• Assist customers with all questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Participation in an on-call rotation for Emergency Service.
• Performs inspections of Suppression Gas Systems based on contract requirements.

What we look for:

Required

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Outstanding Customer facing service and problem-solving skills.
• PC Skills including Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook Smart phone technology

Preferred

• Any Manufacturer certifications is a plus; ANSUL, Kiddie PyroChem
• Valid US driver's license.
