We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Network Cybersecurity Architect - Senior to join our team. This position will report to the Global Director of Information Security, CISO. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Modine's Network security processes, tools, and systems. You will lead large, complex, multi-year projects to ensure network security is current and effective in our global environment. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring efficient and effective identity and access management for the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior engineers, and ensure the highest level of network security.
- Design and implement network security frameworks, policies and overall architectures
- Assess current state WAN and LAN environment and as built architectures with intent to update and modernize our network security landscape
- Developing, reviewing, and approving the installation requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related network devices
- Developing project timelines for system upgrades and preparing cost estimates
- Testing the final security system and updating and upgrading it as needed
- Implementation and operations of OT Network Segmentation solution and standards
- Network Access Control policy, enforcement and solution design and operations
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CIS, related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of combined information security and network architecture experience
- In-depth knowledge of network protocols and OSI layer
- Knowledge of and experience in utilizing various methodologies and frameworks (NIST, COBIT, COSO, ITIL, ISO 27001/27002 and 27018)
- Working knowledge of firewall technologies like Palo Alto Networks, Checkpoint, etc
- Working knowledge of cloud firewall technologies like Zscaler or Microsoft Purview
- Working knowledge of Network Access Control solutions like Cisco ISE or Forscout
- Certifications like CCNA and CCNP are highly desirable
- Possess excellent written and oral communications skills
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, teamwork and project management skills
- Be able to communicate effectively with resources at all levels of the Modine organization
- Be able to work independently, meet deadlines, and drive for results
- Be able to think logically and independently and solve complex problems in their assigned area of responsibility
- Be able to apply the Modine Values and support the 80/20 initiatives
