DESCRIPTION OF WORK

The individual in this role is accountable for overseeing highly skilled and technical tasks, such as coordinating the setup and outfitting of vending facilities, as well as the upkeep and enhancement of existing facilities, ensuring that all work is carried out according to specifications and contracts. This role involves providing professional assistance, guidance, and advice to Business Enterprise Program (BEP) licensees in establishing and maintaining their businesses. You will operate under the general supervision of the Business Enterprises Program Director and Coordinator, responsible for ensuring BEP compliance with federal and state regulations through regular site inspections, field audits, and comprehensive report assessments.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment.
  • Work hours are 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time based on operational need. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
  • This position may be eligible for Alternate Work Schedule (AWS) based on operational need.
  • Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in varied office management or staff work; and bachelor's degree; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
