Overview

Performs project tasks/assignments of a basic nature ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.

Follows methods, techniques, and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, & cable harnessing on sub-assemblies and units

Major Position Responsibilities
    Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
    * Perform single tasks for extended periods of time.
    * Work with basic hand tools.
    * Accurately complete process paperwork and entering data into the applicable work order management system.
    * May perform mixing of epoxies per specification.
    * Able to work with chemicals without limitations, while adhering to the prescribed PPE.
    * Must comply with all safety requirements such as but limited to PPE, chemical handling and safety related trainings.
    * Read and interpreting basic schematics and drawings.
Basic Qualifications
  • Able to focus on single tasks for extended periods of time.
    * Able to sit for extended periods of time.
    * Basic English
    * Strong hand/eye coordination and manual dexterity.
    * Comfortable working with small/delicate components.
    * General communication skills, both written and verbal.
    * Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk reach within hands and arms length, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
    * Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
    * Basic math knowledge.
    * Ability to interpret basic documents and work instructions.
Pay Range (USD)
Min USD $30,450.00/Annu. Mid USD $43,500.00/Annu. Max USD $56,550.00/Annu.
Additional Compensation
Hired applicant may be eligible to participate in the Company's Gain Sharing Program.
