Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) Opportunity
We are on the lookout for a driven Human Resources Business Partner to champion our client's high-performance culture and propel the organization towards its strategic goals.
Your Impact:
As an HRBP, your role will be pivotal in nurturing talent within the organization, serving as a crucial advisor to both employees and leadership. Your efforts in implementing HR strategies will support operational goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote an environment of excellence. By overseeing diverse HR functions, you will directly contribute to guiding the company to fulfill its objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to business units, delivering impactful HR solutions and initiatives that drive business outcomes.
  • Offer HR support to a broad employee base, emphasizing labor relations, including effective negotiation and maintaining positive relationships with union representatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify talent management needs, focusing on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development.
  • Lead initiatives in leadership development and employee retention, ensuring alignment with the performance-driven culture.
  • Exhibit a strong focus on labor relations and union interactions, fostering constructive partnerships and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Who We Are Looking For:
  • An experienced HR professional with a minimum of 5 years in HR generalist or leadership roles, especially in environments with significant labor relations and union components.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Extensive background in labor relations and experience with union relationships are crucial.
  • PHR or SPHR certifications are considered an asset.
  • Candidates should thrive in a performance-driven environment, with a proactive approach to tackling challenges and adept problem-solving skills.
