The Sr Director of TA Operations & Vendor Management shall be responsible for:
  • Managing the overall staffing vendor contracts, through the consolidation and streamlining of staffing vendors, and will leverage the consolidated purchasing power to secure favorable rates, terms, and performance for BCH
  • Developing utilization criteria and processes to ensure vendor staffing requests are justified and through agreed-upon business criteria manage overall vendor performance to ensure the services meet the enterprises needs
  • Leading the Sourcing function, ATS Administration, and TA marketing function, also will be driving operational excellence in talent acquisition while ensuring alignment with our organizational goals and values
  • The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of healthcare recruiting best practices, along with a proven track record of implementing innovative strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support the organization's short-term and long-term goals
  • Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes
  • Providing leadership and guidance to the talent acquisition team, including recruiters, coordinators, and other support staff
  • Fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development
  • Streamlining and optimizing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate onboarding
  • Implementing best practices for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates efficiently and effectively
  • Developing and executing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent to the organization
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint, from initial contact through the hiring process and beyond
  • Utilizing data-driven insights to track key recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement
  • Generating regular reports and dashboards to communicate recruitment performance to stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, including those enforced by the OFCCP, as well as internal policies and procedures
  • Managing relationships with external marketing agency, job boards, and other vendors to augment internal recruiting efforts as needed
  • Negotiating contracts and monitoring performance to ensure value and ROI

To qualify, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8 plus years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. And 3 plus years of experience in a leadership capacity in talent acquisition
  • Proficiency in recruitment technology, including applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management systems and integrations with HRIS platforms; experience with Brassring or similar platforms preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare recruiting best practices, including an understanding of clinical roles and licensure requirements
  • Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong abilities to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated competencies to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR) or recruitment (e.g., CIR, AIRS) is a plus.
