Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an Associate Digital Marketing Manager.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud processes across brands
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns and creation of journeys in Marketing Cloud, consisting of Automation Studio (SQL), automation rules, creation of audiences and data extensions and field management
  • Interpret and implement digital best practices for email/marketing automation, data hygiene, and segmentation
  • Analyze, track and report on key metrics, improving performance throughout the funnel
  • Provide internal consultation on Marketing Cloud capabilities and marketing automation strategies
  • Help develop project timelines, schedule kick-offs, and manage projects day-to-day through completion
  • Provide support for Account Engagement campaigns as needed


You Must Have:

  • 2+ years working in a digital marketing-driven role, digital marketing experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce platforms (Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement)
  • Experience measuring impact and value of campaigns and touches, using best-practice analytics and testing protocols
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize campaigns effectively
  • Knowledge of SQL required
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
