The AES Clean Energy (AES) Land Acquisition team is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support our landowner engagement plan by assisting with direct mailer campaigns, conducting market research, analyzing landowner behavior, and creating reports on marketing metrics.

The Land Acquisition team is responsible for establishing site control for AES' greenfield pipeline of utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, and for leading AES' initial engagement with landowners and project communities. AES is committed to implementing an innovative and differentiated landowner engagement experience.

This role will work cross-functionally to assist with all prospective outreach campaigns and will support the planning and execution of marketing activities. The successful candidate will have experience as a Marketing Associate, Marketing Assistant or similar role.

This full-time position will be based in Louisville, CO and will require you to be in-office for 20-40 hours a week.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the AES' national mailer campaign process by building mailer boxes and processing the materials that coordinate with each campaign.

Track and evaluate mail campaign metrics across individual projects and regions.

Support integration of mail campaign metrics with land management software.

Create reports on marketing metrics and conversion rates

Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns

Assist in grouping properties and land parcels and cleaning outgoing mail address lists

Skills and Qualifications:

2 - 3 years relevant experience

Undergraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or equivalent, not required but preferred.

Proficient with MS Office Suite, familiarity with QuickBase or similar project management software, Box, Microsoft Teams

Strong computer and analytical skills or desire to learn them

Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Experience in renewable energy technologies or real estate (preferred)

Self-starter, very self-reliant and capable of operating with minimum supervision

Experience utilizing CRM systems

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Able to work supportively and collaboratively with other teams

The expected salary for this position, at commencement of employment, is between $65.000 and $80.750/Annual; however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus, in addition to a full range of medical, dental, vision, life, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
