The Paid Search Manager-North America will be responsible for owning, managing, and optimizing the paid search strategy for Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads. This person will be a strong, analytical leader who consistently looks for ways to test and further optimize complex paid search campaigns to ensure strong ROI.

This role can be remote, hybrid or located in one of the Genesys offices in the US.

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign optimizations, including search query reports, ad copy and keyword creation, bidding strategies, keyword expansion, A/B testing, and conversion rate optimization.

  • Track and analyze spend pacing to ensure alignment with budgeting goals at a channel and campaign level.

  • Work closely with the campaigns team, communicating continuously and ensuring changing resource and project requirements are met and understood.

  • Test hypotheses to build and incorporate a playbook of scalable and repeatable best practices.

  • Maximize full funnel efficiency, striking a proper balance of lead quantity and quality.

  • Anticipate risks and obstacles and address them with the team proactively.

  • Manage approval workflows and ensure sign-off from internal teams.

  • Produce regular reports and participate in monthly meetings measuring digital contribution to pipeline and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience working on paid search campaigns with $1M+ annual budgets

  • Advanced proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Microsoft Ads

  • Experience managing multiple channels/campaigns at one time

  • Experience analyzing and reporting on KPIs for digital marketing channels

  • Experience working with remote or international teams

  • Experience working with spreadsheets for project management and data analysis

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$90,600.00 - $177,800.00
