Job Profile Summary
The Asset Supervisor assists in the direction of integrated asset activities, planning, and execution. They share accountability along the entire value chain for the foreseeable life of the asset, by coordinating integrated full field development and appraisal plans (FDP), prioritizing projects/programs to progress the FDP, and providing oversight to the execution of this plan. This includes annual D&C programs, Gate planning process, supporting technical initiatives, and dynamic integration of results and learnings. The Asset Supervisor accomplishes goals through effective leadership of the integrated asset team, partnership with interdisciplinary supervisor peers, and proactive recommendations to the business unit leadership.

Education
Bachelor's degree of science or related field

Experience
Requires a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible related industry experience

Job Responsibilities

* Directly supervises a multidisciplinary subsurface team and provides all aspects of individual performance management and development, including goal setting, formation of individual development plans, and regular delivery of performance feedback
* Develop, identify, and incorporate industry leading technology and innovation into asset life planning
* Prioritization of projects and activities, including alignment of roadmaps across disciplines

* Coordinate the management of asset issues & risks along with timely communication of any changes & mitigation efforts
* Asset team performance assessment and management
* Continuous improvement and elimination of waste within the workflow or value chain, in collaboration with Project Manager and Planning team

* Ensure seamless touch points with Planning and the other Asset Team(s) so that respective asset plans roll-up to an optimized business unit plan
* Ensure proper technical and subject matter oversight when/where appropriate (e.g., Subsurface, Land, Marketing, Legal, etc.)
* Information flow and alignment between the Asset Team, the broader BU, and support groups, ensuring the dissemination of learnings between teams in real time

* Manage budget and financial performance of asset
