City Experiences is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for our Puerto Rico operation in San Juan.

About You:

This person will be adaptable, dynamic, and embody City Experiences' RESPECT Service System.

About the Opportunity:

The Office Clerk reports to the President and is responsible for supporting the corporate office in running reports, inputting data into Excel, compiling information and day-to-day general office tasks. The activities of the Office Clerk requires accuracy and organization to meet deadlines. This position will interact with all departments in gathering reports and clarifying discrepancies which requires good communication skills.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry support for Operations Analytics Manager.
  • Assists in the development, of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as it pertains to contract requirements set forth.
  • Assist with the day-to-day management and all reporting as it pertains to vessel operations.
  • Assist in maintaining assigned files and records; receive and process information according to established guidelines and procedures.
  • Oversee weekly reports on overall ferry performance, but not limited to ridership, future projects, chartered vessels.
  • Gathers information and data, regarding operations and service.
  • Performs a variety of office tasks to assist in transit operations including tracking systems, vessel allocation, ridership, and reporting.
  • Know and understand internal policy and external regulatory requirements that relate to your position and department.
  • Working weekends and holidays may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and evaluating varied information and data.
  • Proficient with all Microsoft Office programs, particularly with Excel.
  • Setting priorities, coordinating multiple projects, and meeting deadlines.
  • Effective interpersonal communication.
  • Maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Working cooperatively and effectively within a team and the larger organizational setting.
  • Working in fast-paced environment.
  • 1-2 years of prior work experience in an office environment.
  • Friendly with a professional attitude, appearance, demeanor, and respectable confidence.
  • Bilingual, English speaking, reading, and writing, preferred.
