Associate Producer

MRM New York is seeking a talented Associate Producer to join our dynamic creative agency team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced creatives, producers and strategists on a variety of exciting projects, including high end video production, animation, social media content, live activations & Web 3.0 ideas.

Responsibilities

* Oversee the film production process from ideation to launch, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project objectives, timelines, and budgets

* Lead the development of timelines, and production schedules

* Manage budgets, contracts, and all project-related paperwork to ensure compliance with legal and financial requirements

* Ensure that all film content meets quality standards and is optimized for performance across platforms and devices

* Knowledge of international production landscape to help bring greater production efficiencies

* Stay updated on latest social media platforms, trends and audience tendencies

* Build strong relationships with production partners and share insights with the team

* Help identify new technologies to enhance production, reduce budget, and accelerate time to market

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in an agency setting as a Production Coordinator or Production Assistant

* Track record of delivering successful film projects, including TV commercials, short films, branded content, social media and documentaries

* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders

* Understanding of film production processes and workflows, including pre-production, production, and post-production

* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment

* Knowledge of Business Affairs, talent, SAG, and legal parameters around production

* Passion for film and emerging technologies

The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; the associated discipline; market considerations; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee's/applicant's background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
