Since 2005, Ruby Canyon Environmental, Inc. (Ruby Canyon) has been dedicated to supporting and assuring our clients' carbon and sustainability initiatives. TUV SUD-Ruby Canyon is based in Grand Junction, CO with regional offices located in Grass Valley, CA and Mexico City, as well as satellite offices throughout the U.S.

Job Description:

As a Project Coordinator at Ruby Canyon, you will primarily support a single business line but will also support other business operations. This is full-time role that is critical to our operations requiring excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be an energetic, self-starter with strong communication skills that is adept at managing multiple detailed processes concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to new project/client inquiries via email, phone, and website.

Assist in the development and submission of proposals and RFP (Request for Proposal) responses.

Manage client contracting in coordination with legal department.

Interface with leadership, technical leads and subcontractors to support project work and continuously improve pre-engagement processes and workflows.

Handle data entry and management in project management software.

Maintain essential documentation for ISO accreditations.

Manage inventory and ordering of office supplies.

Undertake specialized projects and tasks as assigned.

Your qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

3-5 years of work experience in an administrative or project coordinator role.

Proven experience as an Office Manager, Project Coordinator, or Administrative Assistant.

Adaptability in a dynamic, rapidly evolving company environment.

Proficient in office administration, systems, and procedures.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure situations effectively.

Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.

Meticulous attention to detail.

Experience with CRM or project management software (e.g. MS Dynamics 365).

Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
