About the role:

Machine operators- Level 2, are critical to our success and are important positions here at Lexington. The hours are Monday - Thursday from 4:10 p.m. to 2:25 a.m. The pay starts at $22 an hour and goes up from there, depending on experience. Our 2nd shift team members also receive an extra $1 per hour for the shift differential. Being a level 2 Machine Operator means you will set up and operate automated and semi-automated wood processing machinery. That entails handling, inspecting, and packaging raw and finished wood parts. Daily, they use computerized equipment and communicate regularly with other team members. This position will report to a shift lead for the specific department in which the machine is located. This is a great role for many types of people whether you like to work in a team or work alone. Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of manufacturing experience with blueprint reading is required for a Level 2.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be proficient in various computer programs
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift moderate weight
