Production Planning Planner

Job Description
Production Planning Planner, TSMC Arizona Corporation, Phoenix, AZ. Work with managers in E-Beam Operation, Manufacturing, and Process Integration to ensure production planning and scheduling of production are consistently in compliance with customer requirements and balanced against TSMC’s manufacturing requirements and load capacity. Team up with customer service and other departments to coordinate work order planning and processing for existing and new deliverables for change orders and order releases. Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing pipelines to support business objectives and prevent scheduling delays. Organize production schedules according to demand and quality standards to safeguard order processing efficiencies and timelines. Plan and monitor manufacturing schedules; establish delivery dates; and perform other related duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Business or in a related field of study plus one (1) year of experience in manufacturing, production planning, or supply chain management.
Must have at least one year of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):
• Semiconductor fab operation or production planning;
• Planning/scheduling within a manufacturing environment, for both pilots and mass production;
• MRP Demand and Supply, lead times, safety stock and minimum/maximum quantities;
• Manufacturing processes and controls; and
• Programming using SQL and VBA
