Job Summary

Job Responsibilities - Tester 1

  • Follows test procedures while utilizing manual test fixtures to diagnose and test digital logic and analog power control products to ensure conformity to specifications and quality standards.
  • Capable of testing at PCB board level and finished product.
  • Experience with SMT and thru-hole components, Analog Meters, Oscilloscope, Multimeters and basic test equipment.
  • Preparing PCB boards for testing (PCB Depaneling, Leads trimming, trimpots preset and other similar things).
  • Inspect soldering of circuits boards to applicable specifications.
  • Identify assembly mistakes and defective parts.
  • Perform pre-inspection of all components prior to performing functional testing.
  • Initiate quality action when product is deemed non-conforming.
  • Record product test results, anomalies, and restoration information as required.
  • Must be able to work in a Fast-Paced environment/meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work safely on one's own and as a member of a team.

Education:

Technical degree and/or Electronics testing experience
