We are currently seeking a Test Lead - State Agency Medicaid EVV Systems to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (US-OK), United States (US).

The Testing Lead will be responsible for providing specialized leadership, knowledge, and expertise of testing methods, processes, and tools for an Electronic Visit and Verification (EVV) IT project. The Testing Lead will work with team members, vendors, and client users to coordinate vendor unit and System Integration Testing (SIT), as well as end-to-end and user acceptance testing (UAT) for the components of the enterprise system.

This position will ensure that IT testing practices and procedures are defined and implemented for all testing activities associated with the project. The successful candidate will identify issues in software or services, analyze discrepancies, and make recommendations for corrections.
The Testing Lead will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating all testing efforts, with a strong focus on helping the client by managing the User Acceptance Testing process. The Testing Lead will help with UAT testing and monitor defects, defect reports, and work with vendors and the client to resolve the defects/bugs. This position will ensure software testing is done on-time and as planned and notify management about bottlenecks and other issues and risks and will also ensure that testing artifacts are managed and tracked.

Job Responsibilities Include:

*Lead User Acceptance Testing for the EVV Implementation.
*Develop a Master Test Plan to plan all testing activities for the system implementation.
*Review and assess vendor test plans and procedures for all testing efforts.
*Help prioritize testing activities based on risk.
*Report testing results, findings, and recommendations.
*Assess the staffing coverage and integrity of vendor and state testing.
*Management of the overall test approach and execution throughout the SDLC
*Objectively evaluate processes, work products, and services against applicable process descriptions, standards, and procedures through all testing cycles
*Manage the activities, deliverables (i.e. test plans, testing solutions, results, schedules, and quality) and results of the teams for each component or phase of test
*Coordinate and execute end-to-end and UAT across the project enterprise for the combined vendors, uses, and programs.
*Provide comprehensive requirements traceability, including the ability to track user stories and technical tasks from backlogs through all levels of distributed testing using client approved tools.
*Identify, document, and maintaining defects within the system in an approved defect management lifecycle.
*Delivering testing progress and status metrics updates via written and verbal communication methods.
*Monitor and track project schedule, work plan, and resources to ensure project meets targeted dates and goals.
*Collaborate with other team members to provide subject matter expertise and assistance, as applicable.
*Ensuring that all project-identified processes and methodologies are executed and followed.
*Monitoring for potential items or requests that need to follow the projects formal change control process.

Required Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
*Minimum 8 years of total progressive work experience.
*Minimum 3 years of experience leading testing efforts and managing testing teams with large government, IT Projects in the State Health and Human Services Industry.

Preferred Skills:
*Experience working as a consultant.
*Test management experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
*Test Manager on one or more large, health and human services implementation projects.
*Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices.
*Knowledge of quality assurance and testing processes, tools, and industry standards.
*Quality or Testing Certification (ISTQB/ASTQB).
*Knowledge of Jira.
*Additional industry knowledge of mobile, web, automation, compatibility, performance testing and the supporting tools.
*Experience in developing and using Test Automation, Test Strategy, Test Scripts and Test Plans.
*Experience with Agile, Waterfall and other Testing Methodologies.
*Experience setting up testing environments.
*Experience with defect/bug management and familiarity with defect management tools (JIRA etc.)
*Familiarity with a requirements traceability matrix
*Experience reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating testing requirements from design documents, functional requirements etc.
*Experience defining and managing test phases and entrance/exit criteria.
*Experience setting up testing data in the appropriate environment.
Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $88,800 to $140,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
