Job Description

Detailed Description:

  • Work within various HR systems to produce recruiting reports, interpret data, analyze results and prepare a dashboard with relevant metrics and data.
  • Routinely audit company job postings on company careers site and contracted third-party job boards ensuring company standards are met, filled positions are no longer posted and postings are refreshed regularly.
  • Monitor and manage multiple communication platforms including mass texting tools, department email accounts, social media, and ATS Talent Pool communications.
  • Maintain and update recruitment process documents and be a resource to Hiring Managers and other HR staff regarding recruiting processes and systems.
  • Assist Recruiters with day-to-day support for various recruiting activities.
  • Other activities as assigned.
  • Assist Recruiters with dispositioning candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Scheduling candidate interviews involving multiple interviewers and/or coordination of candidate travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and plan events such as job fairs, college recruiting, and hiring events to include securing venues, reserving hotel room blocks, planning food, marketing the event, and shipping materials and promotional items.
  • Partner with the Marketing Communications team on recruitment marketing efforts including social media content and postings as well as design and development of digital and print marketing materials.

Job Requirements:

  • The ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data and information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain required confidentiality and discretion with HR related data and information in compliance with Company policies and legal requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the interpersonal skills necessary to use tact and courtesy when communicating and dealing with visitors, external applicants, outside vendors, college placement offices, and company personnel at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently in a fast paced, high-volume work environment.
  • Advanced software skills with the Microsoft Office Suite to include Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Visio as well as the ability to prepare and analyze system generated reports.
  • Experience promoting jobs on social media, job boards, networking associations and other related sites.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks and projects as assigned with minimal supervision.
  • Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset to identify, recommend and execute solutions.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to attend job fairs, hiring events, military bases, and regional office locations which may require travel to remote locations and/or overnight stay(s) outside normal office area.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field of study.
  • 1+ years of relevant HR professional work experience and/or comparable Internship experience in a professional office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recruiting Coordinator and/or Recruiting Analyst experience.
  • Energy Services industry experience.
  • Experience working in a complex organization with multiple subsidiaries and business segments.
  • Experience working in applicant tracking systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud).

Additional Details:

Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment. Frequent travel to other Company offices and drilling rig work sites, often in remote locations, is required during normal rig operating conditions (day/night, outdoor hot/cold weather), and employee will be expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
