Job Description
Job Title: Change Management Resource
Location: Chicago, IL 60604 - 3 days onsite per week
Duration: 06 Months possibility of extension

Why it's open:
  • The current application that tellers are using in the field will no longer be supported by the vendor come 2025, so they are transitioning to a new application. They are needing to bring on a contractor to focus on change management for this transition and to assist in training tellers on the new system.

Description:
  • The client works to transition to a new application for tellers in the field, they are seeking an experienced Change Management Specialist and Trainer to join their team. the right person will feel comfortable guiding individuals and teams through this organizational change, ensuring a smooth transition and effective adoption of the new application, processes and procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have strong documentation capabilities, a deep understanding of change management principles, and the ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.

Must Haves:
  • 7+ years of proven success leading and developing change management strategies and plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and resistance management plans.
  • 7+ years of experience developing training materials including presentations, training manuals, and job aids, to support change initiatives.
  • Ability to design, deliver and execute on training programs under tight time constraints
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Experience working closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for change initiatives.
  • Ability to provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to help them effectively lead their teams through change.
  • Skilled in monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of change management efforts, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Strong knowledge of business continuity and the ability to ensure all pieces are in place to execute on strategies
