Key Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
Analyze and redesign business processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment and coordination of project objectives.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and status reports.
Assist in the management of project resources and timelines, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver feedback on process improvements.
Implement change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in business process management or coordination.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Required Skills/Abilities
US Citizenship
Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Desired Skills/Abilities
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Business Process Management.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience supporting DoD clients and collaborating with U.S. Combatant Commands.
Proficiency in integrating modeling and automation methods into strategic or operational workflows.
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
