Are you ready to take the reins and drive excellence in warehouse operations? Acara Solutions is on the hunt for a dynamic Warehouse Manager to join our esteemed client in Waco, TX, on a Full-Time Direct Hire basis.
New Warehouse Expansion: Our client is embarking on an exciting journey with the opening of a new 100,000 square foot warehouse facility. Your expertise will be critical in spearheading this endeavor, from planning and setup to efficient operations. As the Warehouse Manager, you'll be the orchestrator of efficiency, ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse facilities. We're seeking a seasoned professional with a proven track record of not just managing warehouses, but elevating them to new heights. Your leadership prowess will be put to the test as you inspire and guide our team towards success.
- Oversee the efficient operation of warehouse facilities
- Will possess a proven track record of successful warehouse management, excellent leadership skills, and a strong understanding of inventory control and logistics
- The Warehouse Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing processes, ensuring the accuracy of inventory records, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment
Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Technical, or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of Warehouse Management experience with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and logistics
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
