Role Overview
We are seeking a part-time, 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite. The schedule for this role is 4 weekdays 8:30am-5:00pm. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in this high-volume outpatient setting!
