We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Global Payment Processing to join our Global Payments & Treasury Services Operations team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and is a hybrid model role, working from office at least 3 days per week, with the opportunity to work 2 days per week based at home.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversight of the performance of an operational team processing wire payment transactions in multiple currencies for our global client base
  • Be responsible for the delivery of effective operations management practices that ensure the successful processing of significant volumes and values of wire payment transactions every day. This includes strict roster and coverage management, operational queue management, managing escalated transaction inquiries and more.
  • Act as line manager for new and experienced team members, meeting with the team daily to assess and improve performance and providing strong direction to deliver daily success for our clients.
  • Delivery of service and process improvements with the objective of reducing manual process steps, hand offs and increasing efficiency

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

  • Financial services background essential
  • Strong operations management background essential
  • Knowledge of the wire/payment industry is preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • People Leadership
