The Quality Coach collaborates with Partners For Kids (PFK) leadership to develop, implement, and coordinate effective systems that improve patient outcomes and quality of care. Provides guidance in the areas of quality improvement and supports the mission of Nationwide Children's Hospital by leading the performance improvements linked to the strategic plan, as well as supports the mission and vision of Partners For Kids, and leading performance improvements linked to the PFK strategic plan.

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in engineering, healthcare, or business field.
Licensure Requirement: Valid driver's license for travel required to community primary care practices and behavioral health organizations.
Certifications: Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or Project Management Professional (PMP) encouraged.
