Role + Responsibilities

• Establish productive, professional relationships with key stakeholders in assigned global customer accounts in Life Science Industries.
• Coordinate the involvement of Endress+Hauser personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customers' expectations.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned account.
• Proactively lead a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period.
• Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary Endress+Hauser personnel.

Qualification + Profile

• Bachelor of Science, preferably in Engineering
• Previous experience in Strategic Account Management and Sales, preferably in Life Sciences Industries sector
• Ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically
• Ability to lead, empower and influence without formal authority
• Capable of motivating and leading teams in a multi-cultural, multi-national and matrix environment
• Fluent in German and English
• Foreign travel is an integral part of the role
• The ideal candidate would be located in the East Region of the United States
