ChristianaCare is recruiting for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Wilmington Adult Medicine Practice located in Wilmington Hospital. One of the bigger practices within the Medical Group, Wilmington Adult Medicine has a large number of physicians and nurse practitioners along with a team of dedicated nurses, medical assistants and front office staff that see patients of all ages.

The team works in collaboration with other integrated caregivers including clinical pharmacists, behavioral health consultants, social workers, and community health workers. The clinic serves as the teaching clinic for the internal medicine residency training programs making education a key component of the mission at Wilmington Adult Medicine. This is a full-time position with the office having evening and Saturday morning appointment availability. Candidate must be able to provide select evening and Saturday availability in rotation with other providers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Master's degree as an Advance Practice Registered Nurse -NP or graduate from an ARC-PA accredited physician assistant program and have NCCPA certification

Licensure or license eligible as a physician assistant or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse - FNP or AGNP as set forth by the state of Delaware

Prescriptive authority required in Delaware

Certification in BLS

Experience in Family or Internal Medicine as APRN-FNP, APRN-AGNP, or PA

At least 3 years of provider experience preferred
