Pay Range: $95,350 to $119,175 per year

Purpose of Position:

To manage, analyze, and control Fryer Production functions in a manner conducive to promoting a consistent high quality product at the least cost on company and/or contract ranches through achieving company goals and objectives while maintaining quality standards of production.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for all fryer performance, quality, and production costs on ranches and insure that, through a well trained staff of Field Supervisors, will meet requirements of the annual production schedule.
• Implementing and controlling field compliance with grow out, disease prevention, and quality programs.
• Coordinating with and informing technical, personnel, administrative, service, and other managers of any information that could affect their decisions or influence bird performance.
• Assist in the development and submission of proposals, budgets, and projections for fryer and production facilities and activities.
• Manage maintenance of fryer ranch facilities, equipment, and landscaping. Includes vehicular, industrial safety, and maintenance awareness programs.
• Maintain good inter-company and community relations.
• Maintain good employer/employee relations within area of responsibility.

• Bachelor of Science degree in Animal science, Ag-business, or related field.
• Must have a minimum 3-5 years of chicken live production experience.
• Must have strong managementexperience and proven leadership skills.
• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Must maintain a clean DMV record.
