Joining Collibra's Demand Generation Team

As Marketing Programs Specialist, you'll be Collibra's in-house subject matter expert and lead for our Global Webinars Program. This role will require a candidate who can balance strategy and execution, along with being a close confidant and connector with the demand generation, brand, portfolio, operations, partner and field marketing teams.

Report to the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, your goal will be to drive quality registration through various promotional channels and enhance audience interaction and engagement.

You will be responsible for curating the best experience for registrants before, during, and after a webinar. You will manage webinar setup in the selected webinar platform, coordinate with and enable speakers, host dry runs, prepare for broadcasts across time zones, launch engagement tools during webinars such as polls and surveys, oversee post production editing with our in-house video team, and ultimately transition recordings to on-demand repositories. When the time comes for webinar platform upgrades or renewals, your input will be critical in assessing and selecting the right tools and processes to implement. This is a hybrid position based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Marketing Programs Specialists at Collibra are responsible for
  • Program Development: Lead strategic growth, innovation, and development of our webinar program. Collaborate with teams to create engaging content, devise lead conversion strategies, and ensure cohesive execution across all program elements, including Marketo programs, aligning with organizational roadmaps and demand generation goals.
  • Testing and Reporting: Take ownership of post-event reporting across key KPIs, including registration, attendance, leads, and feedback. Track and report top-of-funnel and bottom-of-funnel metrics to evaluate webinar strategy effectiveness and test new ideas.
  • Tactical Execution: Coordinate all logistical aspects of webinars, from scheduling and speaker coordination to technical setup. Serve as the master of ceremonies to ensure smooth and engaging events. Manage event-related communications from internal promotion to pre-event emails and post-event follow-ups.
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with the brand team to repurpose webinar highlights into engaging video content. Create regular summaries of webinar material for email campaigns. Explore various organizational avenues to promote upcoming webinars and repurpose existing content effectively.
You have
  • Have 3+ years of demand generation experience with B2B companies.
  • Experienced with B2B marketing writing, creating clear and concise copy for digital marketing efforts (emails, landing pages, webinar invitations, etc.)
  • Possess hands-on experience with hosting and facilitating online events (webinars, online panels) and familiarity with webinar platforms such as Webex, On24, Brightalk etc
  • Employed data-driven, digital-first strategies for effective lead generation and sales acceleration, alongside a foundational understanding of event analytics and audience development.
  • Experienced in creating and executing programs to increase brand awareness while driving prospect and customer engagement.
  • Experience using SFDC for campaign management and Tableau for monthly and quarterly reporting a plus
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience is required

Measures of success
  • In your first month, you'll build relationships across Collibra and become familiar with our processes. You'll also start collaborating on webinar content and logistics with internal and external stakeholders.
  • By the third month, you'll focus on planning and executing webinars aligned with our demand generation goals. This includes taking charge of the strategic roadmap, implementing data-driven strategies, and optimizing content for engagement.
  • By month six, you'll demonstrate leadership in managing the webinar program to generate leads and improve brand awareness. You'll leverage SFDC and Tableau to enhance effectiveness and visibility, solidifying your role in our marketing efforts.
Compensation for This Role

The standard base salary range for this position is $64,000 - $80,000 per year. This position is not eligible for additional commission-based compensation. Salary offers are based on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, and location.
