DEPCOM Power, a leading renewable energy EPC, is looking to add a Project Controls Analyst to their team. This position will work closely with the Project Management and Construction Management teams to track, forecast, and control project spend.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Scottsdale, AZ. Remote and/or hybrid candidates with previous Project Controls experience may be considered.

This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship.


Our Team

This role with be part of our larger Project Controls and Scheduling team which is part of the Project and Construction Management organization and supports all DEPCOM Project and Services solutions. At DEPCOM Power, we design, build and operate some of the largest and most efficient solar plants for leading utility companies and asset owners. What You Will Do

  • Maintain project risk and opportunity logs to evaluate potential financial exposure
  • Help ensure positive project cashflow through diligent monthly billings
  • Forecast project spend
  • Maintain data quality for use on future estimates
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the financial health of a project to be able to inform management
  • Assist in field productivity tracking process improvement
  • Travel to projects sites



Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Previous project controls experience and/or accounting, estimating, scheduling, or project management experience
  • Experience in MS Excel to include pivot tables and formulas
  • Valid driver's license



What Will Put You Ahead

  • Project Controls experience in the renewable energy or construction industry
  • Earned Value Management knowledge
  • Experience using an ERP platform (i.e. Oracle, SAP, etc.)
  • Experience working in Vista Viewpoint
  • Field Engineer experience
  • Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI or Tablaeu)
