Job Description

As the Content Asset Manager, you will be the main advocate for overseeing content within a central location. You will take on the administrative role, streamlining processes for internal stakeholders and external partners to efficiently share and monitor assets. This role aims to enhance our content supply chain, enabling improved searchability, content reusability, and reducing duplication of both digital and print materials.

*This is an outsourced position, servicing a financial services client of RRD.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Global Head of Content and team to manage publication-calendar deliverables, including organizing schedules with speakers and writers for podcasts/Academy classes, liaising with vendors, booking studio time, managing project timelines, among others.
  • Manage a centralized content-assetrepository that will serve as the unified source for contentassetsused across multiple platforms, i.e., Academy and Daily Spark, Pardot, Blubrry, Spotify, Audible, Apple, Academy, Brightcove for Apollo.com, Investor Portal, Wealth Site, Institutional Investors Site, LinkedIn, Seismic, RIA channel, and RedOak.
  • Ensure that Programs/Campaigns/Channel/Product Marketers are aware of content production timeline as well asassetavailability, so that those teams can properly manage their campaigns and distribution plans.
  • Serve as the contentassetlibrarian and distribution POC under the direction from the Global Head of Content.
  • Coordinate creation of supportassets(i.e., images) to enable publication of content across media outlets
  • Coordinate the content for our bi-weekly internal Marketing Newsletter
  • Maintain content updates to our various organic websites in conjunction with the Global Head of Content, writers, and program/campaign/channel managers.
  • Coordinate and project manage external classes/webinar developed for our clients (i.e., Beacon Pointe, etc.) in conjunction with the Global Head of Content and pool of writers.
  • Ensure that Airtable tasks and calendars are up-to-date and in-line with the current publication calendar.
  • Ensure that the Custom Point catalogue is current and accurate and ensure the print and fulfillment requirements are met.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Ability to prioritize tasks andassets, implementing efficient and effective systems for a highly matrixed and decentralized organization with multiple content creators.
  • Passionate organizer with a can-do attitude.
  • Collecting and managing contentassetsso that they are functional and readily accessible while adhering to governance and tagging standards.
  • Develop the strategy for how to scale the contentassetrepository to eventually support multiple stakeholder teams,assettypes and users at an enterprise-wide scale while maintaining consistency with theassetstructures.
  • Work well as a teammate and a leader managing relationships with system / platform owners, product managers, marketers, and multiple stakeholders clearly explaining usage conditions and access procedures for allassets.
  • Streamlineassetlifecycle by automating workflows, reducing manual tasks to improve productivity and efficiency company-wide.

Additional Information

The national pay range for this role is $87,300 to $143,500 annually. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
