Job Description
Presto's Heater Program Manager analyzes sales and weather data to determine orders for heaters at approximately 700 Costco warehouse clubs in the U.S. and Canada. The Manager plans, organizes, and executes the program, which includes timely delivery of  product and supporting point of purchase displays to Costco clubs, determination and monitoring of product delivery and flow in 13 warehouses throughout the U.S. and Canada, identifying and working with multiple field representatives, and reviewing the activities of monitors in each of the clubs.  The Heater Program Manager also oversees the work of two seasonal temporary employees who provide expediting and assistance in working with the monitors. 
   
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•    High school diploma or GED
•    Supervisory and clerical/administrative experience

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
•    Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
•    Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organization abilities 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work with others in a close environment
•    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under strict deadlines
•    Strong math ability and geography knowledge is preferred

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:  
•    Analyze sales and weather data to determine heater orders
•    Place orders with Costco buyers and release to distribution centers
•    Determine when heater containers are shipped
•    Review outside employment agency invoices
•    Download and entry of data including uploads
•    Oversee the work of and assist program expeditor and seasonal, temporary employee
•    Determine set-up schedules and pack, and track heater display 
•    Order pallets for distribution centers and reviews billings
•    Troubleshoot merchandising issues that arise in the warehouse clubs
•    Contact and work with employment agency for upcoming season
•    Assemble booklets and order forms and supplies

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
•    Frequent computer use at workstation of up to two hours at a time
•    Mobility within the office, which includes movement from one department to another
•    Must be able to access files in file cabinets
•    Access information using a computer
•    Use of PC, printer, copier, FAX, and scanner
•    Some bending and lifting (up to 35#) involved while shipping heater displays

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:   Work is performed mainly indoors in normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes, or temperature changes, however, duties involved with the shipment of heater displays are performed in a warehouse where there may be exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes, or temperature changes.

WORK HOURS:  The hours of this Exempt position may be varied, based on schedule and work load.
