Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team in the supply chain domain. As a Senior Product Designer at Manhattan Associates, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience and interface of our innovative supply chain solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in design thinking, user-centered design, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional and intuitive product experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply user-centered design principles to create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that effectively address user needs and pain points in the supply chain domain.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to drive collaboration and ensure the successful implementation of design solutions.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions and identify opportunities for improvement in our supply chain solutions.
- Create high-fidelity prototypes to demonstrate and validate design concepts, ensuring seamless transitions from concept to development.
- Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that align with best practices in UI/UX design for supply chain applications.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems that ensure consistency and efficiency in the design process.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously drive innovation and elevate the user experience of our supply chain solutions.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional experience in product design, with a focus on supply chain solutions.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, preferably in the supply chain, retail, ecommerce, or complex B2B solutions.
- Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, XD and Adobe Creative Suite. Working knowledge of html/css/javascript is a plus.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive and effective design solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving project requirements.
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
