About the Position:
The Engagement Manager is responsible for cultivating personal connections with our consultants deployed on client sites while ensuring they feel empowered and supported throughout their journey with Epic Staffing Group. This position will establish and nurture lasting relationships with Epic's consultants, striving to surpass expectations and effectively manage outcomes.

What you'll do:
Proactively cultivate and sustain strong relationships with consultants.
Conduct regular check-ins to gauge satisfaction levels and promptly address any concerns.
Act as the primary point of contact for consultants post onboarding, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
Identify and promptly resolve challenges or issues encountered by consultants at client sites.
Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address problems and ensure consultant satisfaction.
Engage with internal departments, including recruitment and sales, to gather leads on client teams and upcoming staffing needs.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Communications, HR, Marketing, or Life Science) preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
Proven experience in life science staffing or a related industry, either from a staffing or consultant care perspective.
Strong background in HR principles and practices.
Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000
