People Experience Coordinator

The People Experience Coordinator (Contract) will support the entire team that includes Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Talent Development. The coordinator will assist with daily tasks, projects and other duties as listed below:

Note: This is a contract role with a 6 month duration. Benefits are available to elect through the partner staffing company.

Talent Acquisition

  • Open new job requisitions in the applicant tracking system for internal and external job postings.

  • Work with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to schedule screenings and panel interviews.

  • Track recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with OFCCP guidelines and recruiting policies.

  • Co-manage the Talent Help email box and respond to applicant inquiries.

  • Preparation for external career or recruitment events, ordering swag, printing materials, booth setup, etc.

  • Perform sourcing activities to build competitive and diverse talent pipelines as requested.

  • Book candidate travel and process candidate expense report.

  • Maintain, catalogue, update and create standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, forms, how to documents and policies in partnership with the team.

Employee Experience

  • Support the planning and preparation for events and activities, to include, meeting logistics, reserving conference rooms, printing materials, coordinating catering needs, etc.

  • Assist with both in person and virtual or hybrid events from an administrative and operational perspective.

  • Design promotional flyers for events.

  • Prepare and distribute Life@Sony invitations for companywide meetings/events.

  • Assist with the management and execution of giveaways, contests, and logistics for employee engagement activities.

  • Prepare and edit content for Life@Sony newsletters and other communications.

  • Co-manage the Life@Sony email box and respond to employee inquiries.

  • Support and coordination for the internship program, Leadership Committee (LC) showcase, exit interview, etc.

  • Assist with the organization and execution of New Hire Orientation.

Talent Development

  • Perform administrative functions; setting up courses in the learning management system, scheduling training facilities, create/edit training materials, capturing attendance, on-site training room set-up, etc.

Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, note taking/dictation.

  • Being extremely efficient, attention to detail, organized and resourceful.

  • Elevated level of integrity, confidentiality, and access control to sensitive information.

Preferred

  • College/university coursework in Human Resources or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working within a Human Resources department.

  • Experience developing Human Resource or employee communications.

  • Experience using Workday Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or other ATS experience.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $24 to $28 per hour. The actual pay offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
