Job Summary:

The North Light Lead Consultant provides analysis and support necessary for leaders with achieving profit and growth targets. This position will perform analysis of recommended products and services that support the overall health of the company and is also accountable for providing expertise to make or evaluate recommendations on initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops Line Strategies and Plans
  • Understand and contribute to the achievement of short and long-term strategies to achieve market share growth and profitability targets on a state and countrywide basis
  • Support strategies to ensure the integration and execution of product, pricing and risk management for countrywide usage
  • Participate in strategies which may include new distribution channel initiatives, best practices and new products and services
  • Perform appropriate analysis (e.g. competitor, product, market, risk management, financial) to understand the underlying health of the product(s) and company
  • Support innovations in all aspects of the product development lifecycle
  • Lead and support the creation of communication plans, product development, and recommendations to solve product or implementation issues
  • Utilize a breadth of knowledge to influence and make recommendations on operational parameters to get new products/projects implemented
  • Leads Integration and Execution
  • upport coordinated efforts across the organization to facilitate the implementation of initiatives
  • Provide recommendations to team regarding initiatives and strategic fit
  • Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure implementation success
  • Conduct analysis and create communications to ensure appropriate development, and execution of products
  • Measure and communicate results; make recommendations to leaders on redirection opportunities of efforts
  • Lead portions of countrywide product and or process changes
  • Provide foundational analysis or business expertise that provides input into business cases or result evaluations
  • Manage on-going and/or post-implementation measures to assure proper execution of process and practices that support the line
  • May include management/leadership of others
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Experience:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of non-admitted regulations and experience in non-admitted marketplace
  • Expertise in product, price, underwriting and insurance regulation knowledge, with working knowledge of personal lines rate plans and product offerings
  • Demonstrate and foster a sense of urgency, strong commitment, and accountability for achieving results
  • Knowledge about business in general, knowledge of industry and company economics;
  • Understand business tactics to support changing business strategies and direction;
  • Collaborates to implement decisions and / or initiatives in an integrated manner
  • Performs measure, evaluate, and act on results (financial and operational);
  • Consistently achieves superior results
  • Communication skills combined with the ability to influence others
  • People and subject matter expertise; Ability to develop, mentor and coach others

Compensation offered for this role is$84,500.00-$149,750.00 per yearand is based on experience and qualifications.
