We are looking for a Licensed Plumber to complete our 5812 Maintenance Team!WHAT WE OFFER:* 100% premiums paid for medical and dental (employee only coverage)* 100% premiums paid for basic life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and employee assistance program.* 100% premiums paid for Telemedicine (if elected medical coverage)* 20% discount on rent in our communities* 401k match up to 6%* 3 weeks PTO for 1st year* Employer HSA contribution (if selected High Deductible medical plan)* 10 paid holidays* Boots and Tools Reimbursement Program* Bonus potentialPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:* Maintains, repairs, and installs plumbing and related fixtures and components.* Ability to pull necessary permits. * Install, repair and complete readings for all water meters located on properties.* Open and close/winterize pools as needed.* Maintain, repair and winterize fire hydrants.* Maintain lift stations.* Locating and repairing gas leaks/repairs to lines as needed.* Locate and repair main line breaks.* Complete annual jetting/camera of each property* Transport lift on a bi-weekly basis* Repair main line breaks and plumbing backups.* Organize and delegate work to plumbing team.* Cut openings in structures to accommodate pipes and pipe fittings, using hand and power tools.1. Ensure all installations, repairs and maintenance meet the requirements of the appropriate compliance codes and the environmental protection requirements.2. Travel out of state, when needed, for jetting/help at other properties.3. Dig and backfill with heavy equipment, when necessary.4. Respond to emergency calls for service and repair.5. Maintain cleanliness of uniform (if applicable) wear badge (if applicable) `and present professional appearance. REQUIREMENTS:High School Diploma or EquivalentPlumbing License valid in the State of Ohio required.Maintenance Experience or trade school educationDriver's License and valid car insurancePersonal, reliable transportationExcellent communication skills; written and verbalAbility to speak, read, and write EnglishBasic computer skills; comfortable with apps and softwarePossess basic hand tools or can acquire themPositive Can-Do AttitudeExcellent AttendanceJOB TYPE: Full-timeSalary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourSCHEDULE:Monday-Friday8AM - 5PMMay need to work overtime
