• Salary Range - 85,000 to $92,000

(ARNG OPTEMPO) Strategic Plans Analyst

This position is on-site at Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC) located at 111 South George Mason Drive, Arlington, Virginia supporting the Army National Guard G3 and G4 Directorates

Duties: Working in support of the G3 Army National Guard, you will assist in the coordination, planning, and facilitating the major conferences conducted by the G3. Conferences such as the Green Tab Commander's Conference, The G3 Synchronization of Training Activities Conference, The New G3 Training Conference, and many other high-level activities.

Job Description

• Serve as a Strategic Plans Analyst assisting the Director, Chief of Staff, and ARNG G3 by providing recommendations and updates on all legislation pertaining to the ARNG along with HQDA and ARNG Campaigns, initiatives, and programs.
• Attend weekly ARNG G3/5/7 CAT meetings, Council of Colonels meetings, General Officer Steering committee meetings, and others as required
• Performs other related contract tasks and personnel administrative support requirements

Required:

• Clearance: Secret - Must be current.
• Experience: 10 Years in the military service, preferably in the Army National Guard.
• Must be knowledgeable of NGB Plans, Policy and Doctrine
• Must be knowledgeable in NG Operations

Education: Bachelor's degree (Any Discipline)
