Job Description
Our growing North American Consulting organization is looking for experienced LN Senior Functional Consultants with LN and Industry experience seeking a career within a growing Consulting Service organization. Our Senior Consultants are responsible for implementing Functional Process Applications on Infor Consulting Services implementation projects. This role is crucial to the success of our projects. Infor Consultants work with Clients to implement Infor software and industry-standard processes with the aim of reducing costs, increasing customer service, and creating frameworks for enhanced collaboration and business efficiency.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • Works directly with the customer's project team to understand their business needs and translate those business needs into a set of systematic specifications for development.
  • May lead small work teams on engagements, planning, organizing and validating the work of other team members. Provides guidance, assistance, and training opportunities to team members and customer staff.
  • Develop a deep understanding of LN capabilities and limitations of software to properly and creatively utilize existing features / functions to meet client needs. Detailed understanding of the application architecture and database schema.
  • Researches, documents, configure, test, configure, etc. the LN Solution per engagement.
  • Collaborates with Senior Technical Consultants to ensure the functional specifications identified have been met.
  • Guide / Mentor new LN Consultants as assigned to Customer engagements.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Industry ERP implementation experience in the industries we serve, e.g. Auto, Industrial Enterprise, Aerospace & Defense, High Tech, Engineering and Construction.
  • Experience working on one or more manufacturing software modules such as Manufacturing, Planning, Quality, Procurement or Sales
  • Experience in leading business requirement gathering from Customer and performing an End-to-End business process mapping in ERP.
  • Experience with Industry Standard business processes Make to Order, Make to Stock, Order to Cash and Procure to Pay workstreams.
  • Experience in multi-tenant cloud environment.
  • Experience in Preparing training materials, training script, and data to be used for training and deliver core team training to core team leads.
  • Willingness to travel throughout North America (US and Canada) up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of LN software or other software utilized in discrete manufacturing operations.
  • Experience in identifying GAPs in ERP application and creating custom designs to develop the solution.
  • Team player with the ability to build strong peer and interpersonal relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an integrated / collaborative team.
