Description

Duties include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer service to guests and fellow associates
Being an ambassador for our brand and management company
Checking guests in/out
Blocking rooms for individuals and guests
Delivering supplies to guest rooms as needed
Assisting with basic accounting tasks
Answering telephones

Requirements:
Must have proven customer service skills.
Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and help resolve conflicts.
Ability to read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests.
Ability to stand and work in confined spaces for long periods of time.

Compensation: $18.000 - $18.50 per hour
